Store Policy

Ordering multiple items:

We’re a cozy family business of just the two of us (with a little occasional help), and we also homeschool. Because everything is handmade with love and care, our standard processing time is set up for one minky blanket (sometimes two, depending on size). If you’d like to order two or more blankets, please reach out to me (Meg) via the chat box or email before placing your order. That way, we can coordinate together and make sure your request is completed as quickly as possible—without ever compromising on quality. Please note that orders of two or more blankets will be processed through invoicing.

  • To keep both you and our little shop safe, we use one secure payment processor. For orders over $150, we’ll automatically cancel the original order and send you a secure invoice instead—this helps protect against fraud and ensures your purchase is processed safely. 
  • We do require both a phone number and email to complete your purchase. If we need to reach out by email, we’ll always send you a quick text first so you know it’s us and that it’s about completing your order.
  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone if necessary.
