All chiffon ruffle bloomers are size S and fit as a 0-24 month size. 

Our satin baby bloomers run 0-12 months clothing size.

For newborn photos, tuck in the sides of the baby bloomers to fit, as seen modeled on numerous precious little ones under 7 days old!
