Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $40, for all others. Shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and the delivery option you choose. If priority and/or express shipping is not being shown for you upon checkout and you would like this option, please message us, or leave us a note upon checkout and we'll reach out immediately.
Processing Time:
- We ship most custom handmade minky items within 2-6 business days.
- Custom wood items can take approximately 5–10 business days to complete after all needed personalization details and information have been received☺️
- Most fabric orders ship within 1-3 business days.
We ship Monday - Friday.
We typically ship USPS ground advantage or UPS ground and you'll receive an email with your tracking number when it ships!
Please double check addresses, once an item ships we have no control over it.
There will be a re-shipping fee if item is returned to us.
Suspected lost, stolen, or damaged packages: All orders are insured through USPS or UPS. Once an item is marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly file a claim with USPS or UPS or a police report if theft is suspected. For damaged or undelivered packages, please initiate a USPS or UPS claim as soon as possible.
Free Shipping:
Due to the continued rise in postage costs, free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. Additional postage charges may apply for these locations.

At this time we're not offering international shipping.
