Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $40, for all others. Shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and the delivery option you choose. If priority and/or express shipping is not being shown for you upon checkout and you would like this option, please message us, or leave us a note upon checkout and we'll reach out immediately.
We ship most custom handmade items within 2-6 business days.
Fabric orders ship within 1-3 business days.
We ship Monday - Friday.
We typically ship USPS ground advantage and you'll receive an email with your tracking number when it ships!
Please double check addresses, once an item ships we have no control over it.
There will be a re-shipping fee if item is returned to us.
Suspected lost, stolen, or damaged packages: All orders are insured through USPS or UPS. Once an item is marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly file a claim with USPS or UPS or a police report if theft is suspected. For damaged or undelivered packages, please initiate a USPS or UPS claim as soon as possible.
International Shipping:
At this time we're not offering international shipping.
