Return Policy
Return Policy:
- Items with embroidery are not eligible for refunds unless there was an error on our end. Items maybe returned within 14 days from receiving the order. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Due to the custom nature of our minky blankets, only our blankets marked "ready to ship" are eligible for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return/refund, Items must not be unused, unwashed, free of smoke, or fragrances, etc, and must be returned in the original condition they were received in. If items are not in original condition they will be shipped back at the customers expense.
- We do not refund original shipping costs or return shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping but you return said order, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Our fabric may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery based on tracking, provided they are unopened and in like new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- To begin your return, please hit the "contact us" button and begin filling out the info for a RMA number.
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if it was approved. If approved you'll be automatically refunded to the original payment minus the shipping charges. Please note it can take 3-7 business days to show up on your bank.
- There are no refunds on headbands or hair items due to custom sizing. Please make sure before ordering you have the correct sizes and colors.
- Coupon codes cannot be refunded after purchase. You must use code at time of purchase if you have one.
- Delivery charges are only refunded if goods are faulty, and refund is made. If goods are faulty or have an error you have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know by email, you will need to send photo too. We will cover shipping costs in these events. After the 7 day period if we have not received photos and message the sale will be considered final.
All returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed, and returned in original manner.
- Embroidered and custom blanket items are not eligible for refunds unless there is an error on our end.
- No strong smells or scents. Items that smell of smoke, perfumes, etc will be denied.
- Refunds will be credited back in the form of store credit.
If there was a mistake on our end and you received the wrong item, please email us a photo to meg@kemaily.com along with your order number. We will send a return for the wrong item and arrange for a new one to be sent!
